Hi I wonder does anyone heard of military diet? I know this is not a new diet but it stated it could help you lose up to 10 pounds in three days that would be around 5kg, isn't that awesome ?

Alright let me break up what I have for each day breakfast , lunch and dinner.
For day one  breakfast I had one cup of black coffee, half a grapefruit, 2 spoon of peanut butter and a slice of wholemeal bread. Although it looks like a small serving but it's filling. I drank a glass of water before breakfast. 
 For lunch I had one cup of coffee, one slice of wholemeal bread and half cup of tuna. 
Day one dinner : half banana, one cup of vanilla ice cream, one small Apple,one cup of long beans, 3 ounce of meat ( the size of a deck of card). Day one dinner was definitely the best meal for the entire diet. Few cool tips when you are doing this: 
1.try to use a smaller plate. 
2. Cut your long beans/ meat into smaller pieces.
3.use a tea spoon when you're having your ice cream.

Day 2 Breakfast : one egg, one slice of wholemeal bread , half banana. You could freeze half banana you had it yesterday. It tasted really good with the slice of bread. 
Lunch : one cup of cottage cheese , 5 saltine crackers, one egg. Break the crackers into half , use the cheese as the dip. If you still have leftover cheese you could cook an egg omelet.
Dinner: 2 sausages(no buns), half cup of vanilla ice cream, half cup of carrot , one cup of broccoli , half a banana. 
Overall day 2 is not too bad. I don't feel hungry at all.

Day 3 is the nightmare for me. Trust me it's the toughest day for the diet.
Breakfasts:one slice of cheddar cheese,one small Apple, 5 saltine crackers.I am starting to feel a little bit hungry. 
Lunch: one slice of wholemeal bread , one egg
Dinner :one cup of tuna , one cup of vanilla ice cream, half banana 

This was what I had during my military diet.Day 3 was definitely a nightmare to me I don't feel full until I had my dinner
