Yes , today topic would be on workout. We ALL WANT A SEXY BODY , however we have a small problem here - FOOD. I cannot resist any sweet or sugary stuffs at all like pastries , sweets , soda , etc. That's a major problem I have even though I like vegetables (like all kinds~) . When I was browsing through app store , one of the app had caught my eye : Blogilates. In case if you don't know who is Blogilates, her name is Casey. She is a You Tuber who always posts videos about fitness. Personally , I love her workout! It's effective as long as you always keep to your goals. The app Blogilates have calendar , videos, forum , recipes and shop. I just gotten my very first Beginner Workout Calendar at SGD $1.28, it's worth it if you stick to your goals. Each day is a different workout , sometimes it can be a abs or a full body workout. My problems are fats located around my tummy , no tight gaps and flabby arms. From today onwards I am going to work like a beast and sweat like a beauty.

Finally done with CTs, just started working recently. I didn't like my job as a waitress especially in banquet. Incase you do not know what's going on during operation. Before we start , our managers would brief us what's tonight menu, what to take note of. For a newcome I am assigned to cocktails' section which means you would be able to see me walking around with drinks before the door opens. Afterward I need to rush back to my station and start serving my guests. One table there would be 10 guests seated, sometimes it would be only 8 or 9 persons. After the guests had left , I need to start clearing my table and side station. Some of us would think that's the end for waiters and waitress, but No! We still have to clear away table cloths and reset all the tables setting.
