I am back to this little space again, speaking of my thoughts and feelings. I am being 100% in this little space of mine. Recently I just ended my relationship with Mr Huang. People have been taking behind my back , why I decided to end it. The reason was very simple , I am not happy with it. To some people out there , it might not make any sense, what do you mean by you're not happy anymore? In a relationship there's always ups and downs, for my case there's too many downs. I am facing it alone most of the time. I don't feel appreciate when I made an extra effort in the relationship. Most of the time , I feel I'm the "guy" even though I don't take charge of the whole relationship. If the other parties are constantly complaining how insecure they are when most of your time are actually spending with them. How would you feel?
Over Eating
Hi guys , this week I am going to talk about OVEREATING. In case if you guy don't know what is overeating , let me give you a brief description. It is the consumption of excess food which leading to weight gaining and very often what can call obesity. Let's relate back to my previous post - workout! I have a secret to share with all of you , I CANT STOP EATING AT ALL! Some people would comment on my figure like "OMG you eat so much yet you still quite skinny." I am not even consider skinny at all , I don't have tight gap , sexy collarbone or weight 49kg and below. It's illusion , I just hide all my fats with my clothes that's all! I admitted I am average / fat but never looking skinny at all.
I have tried a lot of ways trying to stop myself from overeating but it's not working at all. Some would say "maybe you just have to wear something tight like high waist jeans." It's not helping at all , if I wear something tight it creates an illusion for me that I'm still hungry or I have some spaces to fit in my desserts. I can just simply just pull my jeans up. Even drinking water was not working for me at all. I drank it 30 minutes before my lunch , I still feel hungry after my meal.
Few of the best solutions are having a few yogurt bars in your bag , that's a replacement for your sweets or sugar craving. Drink more than one glass of water before your lunch , eat slowly chew it for at lest 20-30 seconds before you swallow it .
